Fresh Air/Recirculating Air/Back Pressure Door Motor (V425)
Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required
• Vehicle Diagnostic Tester or newer model.
Removing
- Turn off all electric consumers.
- Switch off the ignition.
- Remove the key.
- Remove the glove compartment.
- Remove the bolts - 1 - (1.4 Nm).

- Turn the fresh air/recirculating air/back pressure door motor - 2 - approximately 15° in - direction of arrow - and then pull it off the air intake housing.
- Disconnect the connector - 1 - from the fresh air/recirculating air/back pressure door motor.

• Position of air flow door must not be changed.
Installing
Install in reverse order of removal. When doing this, note the following:
The fresh air/recirculating air/back pressure door motor fits in only one position on the curved washer.

- After installing, check the function of the back pressure and recirculation door. Initiate the "basic setting" using the vehicle diagnostic tester.
